Please provide as much information about your event as possible. Having all the details to your event will help the Eagle Entertainment team make an informed decision. The team meets once a week to review collaboration requests. Regardless if your request is accepted or denied, you will get an email from one of our team members.

Budget
Your event will be given $500 to use towards sound, catering, trucking, staging, decorations, event supplies, and marketing. The funds will be used to pay for the needed services. Eagle Entertainment will work with Event Planning to coordinate execution and payment of services. Please know that your club, organization, or department will not be physically receiving cash.
Restrictions
Due to S&A bylaws, our funds cannot be used as for fundraising or seed money (meaning that you will use the money to buy supplies to make a product for sale). Additionally, your event must be free and open to all current EWU students. You may not charge admission.
Marketing
For marketing, we offer poster printing services. Posters cost $10/poster. This will be deducted from your collab budget. We will also provide you with a "Sponsored by Eagle Entertainment" logo for all your marketing.
Live on EagleSync(Required)
Your event must be approved on EagleSync. We are unable to collaborate on unapproved or pending events.
