Which work does the administration expect to suspend during the SRA process?

Dickeson (2010) suggests SRA requires a “suspension of ordinary behaviors”, including committee meetings (p. 108). We look forward to collaborating with the campus community on identifying appropriate “ordinary behaviors” that can be paused to prioritize participation in the SRA process. Understandably, essential work (e.g., Personnel Committees) would need to continue. The consultant’s experience with other clients suggests that the SRA task force effort substitutes for any other service obligations of faculty.
