What are the templates and who completes them?

SRA templates are developed by each task force as a way to collect evidence for the criteria on which they will evaluate academic programs and university services. After the task forces develop the initial templates, drafts will be shared with the campus community for feedback. Final templates will then be sent to chairs and directors to complete and return to the task forces for evaluation. A list of programs/services and their respective template reviewers can be found on the Templates page.

Chairs and directors are encouraged to work collaboratively with individuals within the department or program to complete the template to ensure thorough and accurate information is included for each category. All submissions to the task forces are considered final.
