How will academic programs and university services programs be defined?

The facilitation team defined a program or function as any common set of activities, that can be discreetly measured, and consumes resources. The definition was formulated using the Dickeson book, our consultant, Larry Goldstein, and through research of other universities who have completed an SRA. In identifying the inventory of academic programs and university services programs, the Facilitation Team aimed for being consistent across services and across programs. The full inventory of programs and services were shared to the university community for feedback. Final versions have been posted here.
