An email was distributed to template reviewers for academic programs on June 6 regarding the release of two amendments related to the data sets. The facilitation team noticed a minor error in the data related to DFW Rates (V. Quality Outcomes) and Bottlenecks (IV. Quality Inputs and Processes). The amendments are available on the Academic Program Template webpage.
