So You Wrote a Book, Now What? : with Local Author J.T. Greathouse

Wed, January 31 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

An evening discussing editing, publishing, and more with “Pact & Pattern” author J.T. Greathouse.

J.T. Greathouse, author of The Hand of the Sun King and other novels, will discuss revision, finding an agent, and the current state of the writer’s market. He will also discuss his experience with both self-publishing and traditional publishing. The session will allow for audience questions. This is a great way to wrap up NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month). Writers of all genres who are curious about publication are welcome to attend.

About the presenter:

J.T. Greathouse is the BFA nominated author of the Pact & Pattern trilogy: The Hand of the Sun King, The Garden of Empire, and The Pattern of the World. In addition to writing, he has been a student in Beijing, an ESL instructor in Taipei, a bookseller, and a high school English teacher. His short fiction has appeared, often as Jeremy A. TeGrotenhuis, in Beneath Ceaseless Skies, PodCastle, IGMS, and elsewhere.

By attending library programs, you are agreeing to potentially appear in photos/videos taken at our locations that may be used in promotional materials including social media.
