1. Non-Urgent Work Order
For non-urgent Work Orders, submit using the button below. You will receive an email confirming your request.
- Routine custodial requests
- A light out
- Signage
- Name tags/badges
- Trucking (moves)
- Recycling or Surplus
- Touch-up paint
- Temperature too cold, too hot

2. Urgent Work Order
For urgent Work Orders, call 509.359.2245
- Water damage
- Ceiling collapse
- Maintenance issue (i.e. leaking or broken sinks, toilets, electrical issues, health code compliance)
- Non-routine custodial issues (e.g. spills or a toilet overflow)
