What classifies as urgent and non-urgent work orders?

1. Non-Urgent Work Order

For non-urgent Work Orders, submit using the button below. You will receive an email confirming your request.

  • Routine custodial requests
  • A light out
  • Signage
  • Name tags/badges
  • Trucking (moves)
  • Recycling or Surplus
  • Touch-up paint
  • Temperature too cold, too hot
  • Signage (name plaques, door plaques)

2. Urgent Work Order

For urgent Work Orders, call 509.359.2245

  • Water damage
  • Ceiling collapse
  • Maintenance issue (i.e. leaking or broken sinks, toilets, electrical issues, health code compliance)
  • Non-routine custodial issues (e.g. spills or a toilet overflow)
