The department has the responsibility to maintain and repair approximately 250 motorized vehicles and equipment owned by the university.  We maintain and repair everything with a motor on campus from John Deere 544K loaders, emergency building generators, electric carts, service vehicles all the way down to a weed eater.  Our staff are highly educated and extremely well versed in the technology of finding a problems, solutions and repairs, they maintain our database, work order system and billing for all of these units.

When your Confidential Bin is full please call 359-2245.  We will come and replace it with an empty one.

Landscape maintenance is responsible for mowing, irrigation, fertilizing, leaf collection, snow removal, litter patrol, pruning of outside plants, pest control, parking lot and sidewalk maintenance, support of the trades with excavation and demolition.
