CTE Plan 2 Application Process

Step 1: Before you begin please review the requirements with Washington State Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) to make sure that you are eligible to obtain CTE certification through the CTE Plan 2 Business & Industry route

Step 2: Upload Basic Skills Test Scores (WEST-B, SAT, ACT, etc.) to your eCert account. If you do not have an eCert account yet, please email your scores to cteprograms@ewu.edu

Step 3: Complete the CTE Plan 2 Application Form
