Employee EagleCard Process
Welcome to Eastern Washington University! We’re glad to have you!
New employees are able to obtain their EagleCard 24 hours after ALL paperwork is completed with HR. This includes your I-9 and W-2. The following day, just bring your Photo ID to 120 Tawanka Hall, and we can issue you your brand new EagleCard! To expedite the process, you may want to have your EWU ID number ready for us to search.
