Appointment Campaigns

Appointment campaigns let staff reach out to specific student populations and encourage them to schedule appointments. The end goal for this type of action is for the student to schedule an appointment with their advisor, unlike an enrollment campaign which is to encourage registration. The appointment campaign is a great way to be proactive with your advising caseload, and it takes some of the burden off of the advisor when it comes to students scheduling appointments with them.

Also, before you are able to utilize appointment campaigns, you need to set up your Navigate availability to include campaigns.
