Why aren’t STEM programs returning to Cheney immediately?

The lack of specialized lab space on the Cheney campus at this time prevents moving Catalyst-based STEM operations. Due to the cost involved in constructing these specialized spaces, EWU will need to receive capital funding from the legislature before it is able to move these programs back to Cheney.
