If a permit was purchased directly from REEF Parking, please contact REEF Parking at 509-755-7598 to discuss partial refunds or transfer of permits to the Catalyst Building.
If a permit was purchased through Eagle Services (EWU Parking), please contact Eagle Services at 509-359-6520 or parking@ewu.edu about transferring your permit.
