This 13-item survey is designed to help your Subject Librarian find out how well the Library currently meets your research and teaching needs and determine in what areas I might be able to improve my services to you and your students. Your participation is voluntary. You may choose to omit any question you prefer not to answer. Also, this survey is anonymous.
