Annual Fall Enrollment:

This Dashboard Measures: The overall unduplicated Fall term enrollment headcount.

Features: Using the Census on the 10th Day of Term snapshot, every element in this dashboard works as a filter. For example, the red bar in the Student Level box (the first of ten) represents undergraduate students. Click on it and the black bar representing graduate students goes grey. Now the dashboard content only reflects undergraduates.

• Click on bars in any of the other nine boxes and the dashboard will continue to filter, or drill down deeper into the data. Additionally, you can click on individual elements in the Race / Ethnicity, Classification, and Student Types tables to continue filtering.
• The final chart in this dashboard, Headcount Over Time, is informative only and does not act as filters.

Comparing EWU to Our Peer Institutions:

Compare and contrast Eastern Washington University with:

• Central Washington University, Montana State University, the University of Idaho, the University of Montana, Western Washington University, and Washington State University.

Available in seven individual tabs, five-year snapshot comparison measures include:

• Enrollment, Retention, Graduation Rate, Underserved Enrollment, Pell Recipient, Net Price, and federal student loans) each offering a five-year snapshot.

Annual Retention Rate:

This Dashboard Measures: The 4-year and 6-year graduation rates of First-Time in College (FTIC) students, transfer students, or all students.

Features: Using Census on the 10th Day of Term snapshots, interactive charts, and descriptive statistics.

• Examine different retention rates based on different student groups (type, race / ethnicity, gender, first generation, Pell recipient and Washington State residency.
• An additional dropdown filter, compare, allows head-to-head views in both the line graph and descriptive statistics.

Graduation Rates:

This Dashboard Measures: The 4-year and 6-year graduation rates of First-Time in College (FTIC) students, transfer students, or all students.

Features: Using Census on the 10th Day of Term snapshots, interactive charts, and descriptive statistics.

Additional filters include:

• Race / ethnicity, legal sex, first generation, Pell grant recipient, Washington State resident, age group, and compare. Compare is a subset of dashboard filters allowing you to isolate a comparison group of students.

This Dashboard Measures: employee demographics - the total number and share of employees by staff classification.

Features: Using annual October 22 snapshots, interactive charts, and descriptive statistics.

Filters: staff classification, race / ethnicity, legal sex, age group, and veterans’ group.
