In-Service for Staff

In-service sessions are an important opportunity for staff to pause their day-to-day responsibilities and invest in their growth and connection to the broader campus community.

By exploring topics such as student success, staff wellness, and emerging technologies, employees gain new knowledge, practical tools, and fresh perspectives that directly support their work.

Just as importantly, in-service gatherings create space for colleagues across departments to come together, share ideas, and strengthen relationships. These few hours of learning and collaboration help build a more informed, innovative, and connected campus, ultimately enhancing the experience and success of both staff and students here at EWU.
