Through this partnership, employees will have immediate access to a wide range of online courses and resources, as well as opportunities to participate in tailored cohort programs and unit-level development efforts. You can access content included in your membership by using this link: https://www.academicimpressions.com. You can also click “Create Account/Login” in the top-right corner of any page on the site. Enter your EWU email address and you will be directed to EWU’s SSO portal. You’ll know you are logged in properly when you see “My Account” in the top right-hand corner.

For the best experience, ensure you are logged in to our site to access free live and on-demand training for your membership.

Once logged in, navigate to “Start Learning” in the menu to find training included in your membership.  You can view training by content area or explore all our resources by selecting “See All Training Areas.”

On the Training and Resources page, you can navigate between topics using the slider at the top. Click on the All Resources tile to browse our entire selection, or click the arrows on the left or right-hand side to see more topics. Use the Format filter on the left to narrow your results based on type or format. On the right, you can toggle between upcoming or recently added trainings.

Ensure you are always logged in to our site to be recognized as a member with access to free and discounted events.

Webcasts and Virtual Training: Click the “Express Register” button at the top of a training page.  After registering, the training will automatically be added to your account, and you will receive a confirmation email with login details.

If the “Express Register” button does not appear, it is possible that you are not logged into your account.  Check if it says “My Account” in the top right-hand corner.

Conferences: Hit the “Register” button on any conference page to add it to your cart. Check out your cart to finish your registration process. Your registration will be free with your membership.

Be sure that you are always logged in to our site so that you are recognized as a member with access to free and discounted events.

Once you’ve located the webcast or virtual training page, scroll to the bottom and click “View Now” or “Watch Now.”  You will be redirected to the course page, where you can view the recording broken down into bite-sized sections based on the topic discussed.

When you are logged into Academic Impressions with your EWU credentials, any training that is included in the EWU membership will show as a cost of $0.  You may not sign up for a training with a cost associated without express permission from your supervisor.  If your supervisor agrees to pay for the training, please make advanced arrangements with the Office of Employee Belonging, Development & Leadership to pay for the training before signing up.

Anyone at your institution can sign in using their institution’s single sign-on.  https://www.academicimpressions.com.
