It is advised that you meet with your assigned advisor to gain clarification regarding university poliices and how it may impact your success. You may schedule an appointment to meet with your assigned advisor by calling CAAR at 509.359.2345.
- Repeating Courses: Students who earn a “D” or “F” grade in a course may elect to repeat that course to improve their term or overall GPA. Therefore, students must retake the same course and earn a “C” grade or better during the second attempt.
- Withdrawing: This option permits students to get out of a course if the drop/add period has passed. However, it is important that you speak with your academic advisor to discuss possible implications on your financial aid, progression, and graduation.
- Exceptional Circumstances: This policy permits students to withdraw from classes where there has been significant changes in their lives that would negatively impact their chances of succeeding on said classes.
