Freshmen advising workshops will be scheduled on select dates and times throughout each academic quarter. These dates and times will vary based on college. Online options will be made available for our online students.

In preparation for your freshman advising workshop, please complete the following steps:

Verify your Major

• Academic advising workshops are college and major specific. Therefore, if you are planning to change your major, please do so prior to attending an academic advising workshop — or attend a workshop for your intended college and major.
• If you are unsure of your current major, please log into your Navigate or Eaglesync.
• Your major will be listed under you academic profile.
• If you wish to change your major, please submit a major change request.

Verify Transfer Credits have been Posted

• To help ensure we provide you with accurate academic advising and guidance, please make sure that all AP/IB and/or college credits have been received and posted by EWU prior to attending your advising workshop.
• To very your credits, please check Degree Works.
• If any credits are missing, please arrange to have your records sent to our Records and Registration Office as soon as possible.
