When this policy update takes effect, does it mean that all types of electronic signatures in all departments will require approval by Risk Management? I felt that this policy needed a little more clarity regarding when approval is required by the risk management team. Additionally, are there specific types of electronic signature products (such as Adobe Sign or DocuSign) that are universally acceptable?
