Please review the following information before filling out the recital request form.
- Please ensure your recital request does not conflict with the official music building recital hall calendar.
- Junior recitals may only be scheduled during the week, M-F, starting from noon through 7pm.
- Seniors and graduate students may schedule recitals that start between noon and 7pm on weekdays and on Sunday afternoons between 2pm and 6pm only. (NO Saturday degree recitals)
- The audio recording of all degree recitals and faculty recitals will be sent to the archives in the library. You may access this 2-4 weeks after the event. You will also receive the audio file via email from our audio engineer within 2 weeks following the event.
- Please have items available on a flash drive and provide your own laptop if requesting the data projector.
