This revision makes emergency changes to the process for handling formal Title IX complaints as directed by a recent court order vacating the 2024 Title IX regulations and a Dear Colleague Letter issued by the U.S. Department of Education.

This revision expands the circumstances under which an employee can use sick leave consistent with recent changes in state law.

Proposed changes include revisions to vacation leave transfer limits between EWU and other state agencies; expands circumstances for sick leave use; and states the process regarding cash out of of compensable versus non-compensable sick leave at retirement.

This revision adds a section regarding distance education, including standards & compliance; adds Professional and Continuing Education (PCE) unit; and updates definitions.
