Welcome to my homepage.
I am Associate Professor of Applied Mathematics at Eastern Washington University. My training in biomathematics comes from the University of Utah where I earned a PhD in mathematics under the supervision of Dr. James Keener. I graduated with a BA from Linfield College where I was a double major in mathematics and physics studying with Dr. Stephen Bricher (mathematics) and Dr. Clarence Hinrichs (physics).
I also serve as the Director for the Department of Mathematics MS in Applied Mathematics. Please contact me to learn more about our program!
In recent years, I have served as the Strategic Planning Committee Co-Chair (AY 2023-2024), the EWU Faculty Organization Past President (AY 2023-2024), and the EWU Faculty Organization President (AY 2022-2023).
