Payroll office has provided several operational reports/dashboards for the campus users responsible to monitor their department’s payroll expenditure.
The Payroll dashboards have several filter options to focus report to a specific fiscal year, Organization, account, employee, index code, and others. The following information is provided by the reports:
- Payroll processing for a specific fiscal year and payroll number ranges
- Information about wages and benefits expenses by employee, index code, fund, account, and by organization hierarchy
- Grand Totals and Sub-totals by Index code by employee.
Dashboards:
- New! FLAC (SSB) – Faculty Load and Compensation (SSB) – (restricted access – only for HR, Budget, and Financial Officers)
- FLAC Integrated Dashboard – Teaching Assignments and Compensation – The Faculty Load and Compensation SSB are a series of structured data sets designed to capture and manage various aspects of faculty assignments and compensation. These include instructional assignments, non-instructional assignment, incremental course compensation, contract types, and schedule-based compensation rates (PERFCSC). Additional tables track overload compensation, job earnings, labor distribution, and detailed job records, all of which are populated through Banner and Self-Service systems.
