January 8 – 16, 2026: Listening sessions with representatives from:

  • Academic Affairs (Deans)
  • Faculty
  • Campus Safety
  • Facilities and Maintenance

  • Housing and Dining

January 9 – 23, 2026: Campus-wide survey open for comment. Summary of results here.

February 4, 2026: Town Hall Meeting, 11:00 -12:30, SHW 109.

February 20, 2026: Board of Trustees update

March April, 2026: Additional meetings/listening sessions as needed

March TBD, 2026: Town Hall Meeting to review draft plan

May, 2026: Board of Trustees Final Presentation

May, 2026: Updates to plan based on comments

June, 2026: Publish final plan
