Discrimination is defined as adverse treatment of another person on the basis of their protected status. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Discriminatory Harassment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EWU also prohibits both employees and students from engaging in discriminatory harassment.
