These messages provide an underlying foundation and common understanding as we create aligned, powerful messages for internal and external constituencies. The messages provide key words/phrases/concepts for internal planning and prioritizing as well as for external messages (website, newsletter communications, and so on): innovation, excellence, collaboration, inclusiveness, talent, diversity, inspire, creative, skilled, career-ready, real-world, intellectual and technical capacity, profound and positive change.
