{"id":35453,"date":"2024-04-25T16:17:53","date_gmt":"2024-04-25T23:17:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inside.ewu.edu\/saas\/?page_id=35453"},"modified":"2025-03-17T16:07:09","modified_gmt":"2025-03-17T23:07:09","slug":"what-is-a-detailed-receipt","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/inside.ewu.edu\/saas\/what-is-a-detailed-receipt\/","title":{"rendered":"What is a Detailed Receipt"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-88c17ce7\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ewu-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b6e56e0439b6dc9584552a6ee11eb8d5\">What is a Detailed Receipt?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All reimbursement from club accounts require a detailed receipt.\u00a0 A detailed or itemized receipt has the following on it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All of the items that were purchased.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Who they were purchased from (name of the business).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The date they were purchased.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The total paid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Credit Card slip can accompany the detailed receipt if there was a tip added.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Online orders provide a detailed receipt that is confirmation of your order.&nbsp; All restaurants provide an itemized receipt when you are finished with your meal to request payment.&nbsp; That receipt is yours to keep no matter how you pay for you meals.&nbsp; You may have to ask for a detailed receipt if you are not provided one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are not valid detailed receipts for advances or reimbursements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Credit Card payment slips<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank statements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Print screen off cell phones\/computers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have questions, contact Student Accounting.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is a Detailed Receipt?
