The Resident Housing Association (RHA) is the voice of on-campus residents, serving as the liaison between residents and the administration, as well as other leadership groups on-campus.

Our focus is on programming, leadership, and advocacy!

Mission Statement: “The Resident Housing Association of EWU is a team devoted to the growth and development of the residential housing experience through rigorous advocacy, promoting change, and inspiring leaders. The RHA executive board serves as a programming and advocacy board devoted to upholding the voice of on-campus residents by serving as the liaison between our residential students, the administration, other campus organizations, and the Housing office.”

Step 1: Choose a theme

Position Descriptions

Resident Housing Association Director

The RHA Director is expected to lead the team in through leading meetings, coordinating training, providing support to all exec board officers, and keeping everything fair and impartial.

Associate Director of National & Campus Communications

The ADNCC will be the main contact of the Resident Housing Association on the national, regional, and campus level. Additionally, the AD-NCC will be responsible for taking over the President’s duties in their absence.

Associate Director of Administration & Finance

The ADAF completes all secretarial and financial needs, including maintaining and editing all documents, and directing all monetary matters.

Associate Director of Activities & Programming

The ADAP serves as the main coordinator for all programs that the Resident Housing Association puts on. The will also manage the social media and marketing for events.
