PHED 150: Fast Fitness/PHED 152: Strength/Weight Training
Fast Fitness and Strength/Weight Training are comprehensive physical fitness courses designed to develop strength, flexibility, and endurance (cardiovascular and muscular) in an efficient manner through the use of the URC Fitness Center.
Important Dates: Fast Fitness Spring Quarter 2019 (April 1-June 21)
- Article Assignment - Due March 3
- (Can be submitted late through March 10)
- Introduction Quiz - Due March 10
- Post Evaluation - Due March 10
- Last Day to Workout for Grade Requirements - March 19
