PHED 150: Fast Fitness/PHED 152: Strength/Weight Training
Fast Fitness and Strength/Weight Training are comprehensive physical fitness courses designed to develop strength, flexibility, and endurance (cardiovascular and muscular) in an efficient manner through the use of the URC Fitness Center.
Important Dates: Fast Fitness Fall Quarter 2019 (September 25-December 10)
- Article Assignment - Due November 22
- (Can be submitted late through November 29)
- Introduction Quiz - Due November 29
- Post Evaluation - Due November 29
- Last Day to Workout for Grade Requirements - December 10
