Single Sign-On and EagleNET Login Help

If you need to reset your Single Sign-On or EagleNET password or retrieve your username/NetID, you can do so through the Account Management page.  If you need further assistance, please contact the EWU Records and Registration office.

To protect student information from unauthorized use, telephone assistance with retrieval of your Single Sign-On or EagleNET login information may be available if the caller is able to answer a number of specific questions. Sutton Hall (Cheney)–509.359.2321.

Faxed, mailed or “scanned and emailed” requests can be accepted. Your Single Sign-On and EagleNET login information will be sent to you within three to five business days after receipt of the request.

Written requests must include:

  • Printed name
  • Date of birth
  • Address, email address, or fax where your information can be sent
  • Telephone number where you may be reached for us to obtain additional information
  • Dates of Attendance
  • Signature (Note: the signature must appear on the page requesting the number, not the signature on the driver’s license or other identification that must be attached.)
  • Copy of driver’s license or state identification card. Please lighten copy of card if you are faxing–we must be able to see your face and read your signature.
