{"id":35558,"date":"2024-04-19T11:57:43","date_gmt":"2024-04-19T18:57:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inside.ewu.edu\/pub\/?page_id=35558"},"modified":"2024-04-19T11:57:43","modified_gmt":"2024-04-19T18:57:43","slug":"reservation-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/inside.ewu.edu\/pub\/reservations\/reservation-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Reservation Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-d79c5306\">\n\n<p>The PUB has seven rooms available to request for reservation. &nbsp;University facility use is governed by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/inside.ewu.edu\/policies\/knowledge-base\/chapter-172-137-wac-use-of-university-facilities\/\"><strong>WAC 172-137<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reservation requests must be within the PUB&#8217;s operating hours.&nbsp; PUB hours can be viewed at www.ewu.edu\/pub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schedules are posted outside of each meeting room.&nbsp; PUB guests are able to use rooms (except NCR) when not reserved, but no change in room setup will be accommodated.&nbsp; Keep in mind that the posted schedule indicates event time, not full reservation time required for set up, clean up, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please leave the room better than you found it (e.g. turn off any technology, return furniture to how it was, remove all trash, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No easels or sandwich boards are permitted in building corridors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Available furniture:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NCR\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>66\u201d Rounds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30\u201dx72\u201d Rectangles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Event Chairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>317, 319, 321, 323\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>66\u201d Rounds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30\u201dx72\u201d Rectangles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Event Chairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>209 and 333 have movable tables. &nbsp;These must stay in the room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The PUB has seven rooms available to request for reservation. &nbsp;University facility use is governed by&nbsp;WAC 172-137.
