{"id":35547,"date":"2024-04-09T13:23:21","date_gmt":"2024-04-09T20:23:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inside.ewu.edu\/pub\/?page_id=35547"},"modified":"2025-07-21T10:39:35","modified_gmt":"2025-07-21T17:39:35","slug":"pub-tabling","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/inside.ewu.edu\/pub\/reservations\/pub-tabling\/","title":{"rendered":"PUB Tabling"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-05502c8d\">\n\n<p>The PUB has three (3) indoor and four (4) outdoor tables available for groups to reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indoor: two (2) tables on the first floor; one (1) table on the second floor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outdoor: two (2) tables on the mall entrance side and two (2) tables on the plaza entrance side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tables are 30\u201d x 6\u2019 and must remain in the designated area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tables must be attended during the entirety of the reservation. Representatives must be within&nbsp;six (6) feet&nbsp;of the table at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a table is left unattended for an extended period of time, table contents will be stored at the PUB Welcome Desk for 48 hours prior to being discarded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only PUB tables are permitted for tabling.&nbsp; Non-PUB tables are not permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please use the chairs provided.&nbsp; If you need more chairs, the Welcome Desk can assist you.&nbsp; Do not move dining chairs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A reservation is required to table.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Student organizations reserve tables through EagleSync.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Campus departments and external parties reserve though&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/inside.ewu.edu\/eventplanning\/\">Event Planning<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-affiliated organizations can reserve through&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/inside.ewu.edu\/eventplanning\/\">Event Planning<\/a>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non-affiliated organizations will be charged an hourly rate for tabling reservations.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standard hourly rate: $22\/hour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peak hourly rate (10:30am to 2:30pm, M-F): $32\/hour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anything commercial in nature must comply with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/inside.ewu.edu\/policies\/knowledge-base\/chapter-172-139-wac-commercial-activities\/\">WAC 172-139<\/a> and have approval from the Director of the PUB, or designee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The PUB has three (3) indoor and four (4) outdoor tables available for groups to reserve.
