Both formal and informal competitive solicitations need to be posted on WEBS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To receive solicitation information,&nbsp;sign up with WEBS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2013&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fortress.wa.gov\/ga\/webs\/\">Washington\u2019s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Questions about the registration process may be directed to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:WEBSCustomerService@des.wa.gov\">WEBSCustomerService@des.wa.gov<\/a>&nbsp;or 360.902.7400, 8 a.m. to 5&nbsp;p.m. Monday-Friday.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Informal and Formal Bid Thresholds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Purchase contracts for goods and services that are projected to be between&nbsp;<strong>$10,000<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>$100,000<\/strong>&nbsp;will be categorized as an informal bid opportunity. This does not apply to goods and services that are under&nbsp;an authorized&nbsp;contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchase contracts projected to exceed&nbsp;<strong>$100,000<\/strong>&nbsp;will be categorized as formal bid opportunities. This does not apply for purchases that are under&nbsp;an authorized&nbsp;contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other Information:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DO NOT<\/strong>&nbsp;mail merchandise to a department based on a phone conversation.
