You will need to provide them with your budget index and blanket order number. <\/br>Room rates must fall within the <a href=\"https:\/\/ofm.wa.gov\/accounting\/administrative-accounting-resources\/travel\/diem-rate-tables\" target=\"_blank\"><b>per diem limits<\/b><\/a>. If the room rates exceed this amount, the balance must be paid out of Foundation funds. Room limits do not apply for Service Agreements.<\/br><b>Spokane:<\/b> We have several agreements with hotels in Spokane.  <\/br>Please contact <a href=\"mailto:purchasing@ewu.edu\"> <b>purchasing@ewu.edu<\/b><\/a> to book rooms for vendors, contractors, guest speakers and interview candidates.
