Sets forth requirements for instances where an employee’s official work location is outside of Washington or is at their personal residence. Sets forth requirements for remote work to be approved domestically and internationally.
- Emphasizes that employees are responsible for making sure that their home address is accurate in the employee self-service application system to meet tax, payroll deduction, unemployment insurance, and workers’ compensation requirements in various locations.
- Reformats and makes minor modifications to teleworking requirements (defined as working from an alternate worksite on a temporary basis).
