- Requires all job applicants to disclose whether they have been the subject of any substantiated findings of sexual misconduct in any current or former employment, are currently being investigated for sexual misconduct, or have left a position during an investigation into possible sexual misconduct.
- Requires EWU to contact all applicants’ current and past postsecondary educational institution employers to request information about sexual misconduct investigations prior to an official offer of employment.
- If EWU is contacted for a job reference, EWU must disclose to the potential employer any substantiated findings of sexual misconduct even if the employer conducting the reference/background check does not ask about such information.
