Generally speaking, most will be performing splendidly and the purpose of the observation is to identify areas for continued growth.  \r\n\r\nNot all of the boxes below need to be filled in. This page is meant to serve as a notes sheet for the observer to inform any follow-up discussion, rather than a line-by-line agenda. Be thorough and keep the end-goal (of providing helpful feedback) in mind while taking the notes. Not all observations need to be continued through the end of any given session and can be concluded when enough information has been gathered to provide helpful feedback and to address any areas of concern.
