Education: BA- Elementary Education, Central Washington University
Rachel moved to the Cheney area shortly after graduating in December 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Dance Education. Since then, Rachel has been substitute teaching in multiple school districts in the county, as well as teaching dance lessons to community members. During her undergraduate education at CWU, she worked as a peer mentor in the Running Start department and was a student vice president for the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. She is now in the process of earning a master’s degree in English with an emphasis in Literature and Writing here at Eastern Washington University. Rachel enjoys working at PLUS and is dedicated to supporting students in their journeys to higher education.
