Faculty PLUS Recommendation Form For Faculty: PLUS Student Employee Recommendation Form The Program Leading to University Success (PLUS) needs your help identifying students to become study group facilitators and/or tutors. Faculty recommendations of prospective facilitators and tutors have been a key tool in finding qualified students for the peer-led collaborative study groups and tutoring sessions offered through PLUS. While there are additional criteria for becoming a facilitator or tutor (sophomore standing, 3.3 course grade and 3.0 overall GPA), the faculty recommendation is the most important. Many of our most successful facilitators or tutors never considered working in their current roles until they were recommended by their instructor. Thank you for considering the students in your classes. If you can think of at least one student who has the makings of a good facilitator or tutor, we encourage you to use this form to let us know about them. If you have any questions, please contact our study group coordinator Alyson Rode at x7416 or arode@ewu.edu or our tutoring coordinator Caroline Dias at x6415 or cdias1@ewu.edu.
