Our undergraduate program is designed to cover the essential areas of contemporary psychology and offer opportunities for focused and specialized learning. Undergraduate students have the opportunity to be actively involved with current research and internship experiences in the community. Among the core courses offered are: Theories of Personality, Abnormal Psychology, Foundations of Psychotherapy, Scientific Principles of Psychology, and Introductory Statistics. Experiential Learning participants are awarded elective credits by articulating and illustrating their experiences in a portfolio that is evaluated by EWU faculty. Faculty members review portfolios and determine the credit award, with a maximum of 60 elective credits.
