Caps and gowns are required for graduates- purchase in advance!
The undergraduate cap, gown, and tassel are available as a package at the Bellevue College Bookstore. The BC Bookstore will be selling the regalia packages in May, more information to follow.
Optional: Students may purchase a Stole of Gratitude online through the EWU bookstore. The Stole has the EWU Seal screen-printed on the front, and is worn over the shoulders during the ceremony. Stole not available at the Bellevue College Bookstore.
Parking is free after 3:00 PM in designated lots and the parking garage located on the Bellevue College Campus. Find it on the campus map here..

Q: Do I need to purchase tickets for my guests?
A: No tickets required. The 6:00 PM ceremony will not have a limit of number guests per student.
Q: What time should students arrive?
A: Student check-in begins at 5:30 PM. Guests with ADA or mobility restrictions will be allowed to enter prior to 5:30 PM
Q: How do I know if I am eligible to graduate with Honors?
A: Honors are calculated on college-level credits earned at this institution and for students who are first time undergraduates. The following designations apply:

Q: Where do I purchase Honor cords?
A: Honor cords can only be purchased at the EWU Bookstore. You must be on the approved list to be able to make the purchase. Contact Laurie in the EWUBC office at 425-564-5100 for further assistance with Honor cords.
Q: Can I attend the main campus Commencement ceremony as well?
A: Students may attend the EWU ceremony in Spokane on June 13, 2020 as well as the EWU West Side Commencement. Review information about the Spokane ceremony here, or call the EWUBC office at 425-564-5100 for more information.
