Harvest Fest and Spooky Science
This year, over 350 children and their families participated in Harvest Fest. This is an annual event where EWU invites the community to trick-or-treat through buildings on campus and interact with students, staff, and faculty. More than 100 Eastern students volunteered to lead groups of families and children along the tour route and help with the carnival.
After families completed their trick-or-treating, they enjoyed the Harvest Fest Carnival in the Hargreaves Reading Room and a Spooky Science event in the Science building. The carnival featured fun games provided by the Kiwanis and EWU residential halls, clubs, and organizations. Spooky Science featured slime, bugs, microscopes, and other awesome opportunities for kids to learn and have fun.
