Future IO psychology specialists learn to apply research-based methods to produce data that lead to actionable recommendations for management.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>At EWU, Quentin is majoring in Applied Developmental Psychology and Minoring in Africana Studies and Coaching. He did his 2022 Summer Research Internship with mentor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ewu.edu\/cahss\/africana-studies\/contact-us\/\">Dr. Okera Nsombi<\/a>, titled <em>The Effect of Regular Exercise on Stress and Anxiety<\/em> <em>Levels<\/em>. He is interested in becoming a sports psychologist and opening up his own private practices and sport facilities.
