Caleb balances rigorous academic research with significant leadership roles within the engineering community. He currently serves as the Treasurer and Project Manager for the EWU IEEE chapter and leads a BIPOC STEM advocacy group, through which he has secured funding to support underrepresented students in technical fields. Caleb\u2019s technical expertise is further demonstrated through his role as a high-level mathematics tutor for the EWU MESA program, specializing in Calculus, Linear Algebra, and Di\u01aferential Equations. His previous leadership includes serving as the Vice President of the SFCC Engineering Club. His research interests lie at the intersection of hardware and theory, specifically focusing on Quantum Computing, ASIC<br>design, and embedded systems. He is particularly interested in the role of applied complex analysis in engineering and is dedicated to advancing Quantum education for the next<br>generation of engineers.
