This in turn will help them map out their conversation.<\/p>\n<p>This tool should be used when their is a(n) on going situation in the classroom between students. It can be used for any sort of altercation but the more serious the altercation the more support from the teacher or other staff members should be present. This should give the student an opportunity to think over the situation for themselves and condense what they are thinking. All of this will help provide a road map toward fixing the situation and offering a simpler solution to the conflict.<\/p>\n<p>This works well for the corrective phase because it prevents any big outbursts in class and help to resolve a(n) altercation before it gets turned into a big thing. It gives students the opportunity to reconsider what they have done and how they want to move forward. This could also be used for the supportive phase for if a student is upset with something that he or she did and wants to apologize of reflect on how it was handled.
