DESCRIPTION:What: SurveyMonkey Planned Outage\nWhen: Friday\, July 03\, 2020\, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm\nImpact: SurveyMonkey will be unavailable \nScheduled SurveyMonkey maintenance to upgrade infrastructure \nNote:  All other systems\, including Banner\, email\, InsideEWU\, the EWU website\, Canvas\, and virtual labs will be unaffected. \nMessage from SurveyMonkey \nSurveyMonkey will undergo another round of planned maintenance from approximately 8am-8pm PT\, during which the site will be completely inaccessible for all users – creators and respondents alike. This event marks the final phase in a series of improvements to improve SurveyMonkey site resiliency and lay groundwork for future feature innovation. \nWhile the downtime in the middle of the day may at first appear odd\, we identified that this date and time has been one of our least active periods for surveys and responses\, and we hope to minimize the impact on your business. For North American SurveyMonkey customers\, this date falls on a major holiday weekend\, and for most global SurveyMonkey customers\, the date falls over the weekend and largely in the evening hours. \nAs you may recall from the first maintenance phase of this project\, during the event SurveyMonkey will have “maintenance pages” up to let users and respondents know what’s happening. SurveyMonkey will also hold any survey email invitations until service is restored. In addition\, SurveyMonkey Audience project completion may be delayed for projects in-field. DESCRIPTION:Scheduled System Maintenance: July 11th\nWe have scheduled down time for Constituo Integration Suite on Saturday July 11th\, 2020 from 8am ET to 12pm ET. During this four hour window\, Constituo will be performing an upgrade to our infrastructure. The upgrade is part of our continued effort to provide a secure\, stable\, and efficient environment for all of your integration needs. \nDuring this maintenance window\, the system will not be accessible and scheduled tasks will not be run. Scheduled tasks that are scheduled to run within this window will run when the system is restored. For scheduled tasks that are configured to run more than once during the window\, they will run once when the system is restored and the next execution time will be calculated accordingly. We anticipate the upgrade taking less time but either way\, we will notify all users when the upgrade is complete. \nIf you have any scheduled tasks that require special consideration (i.e. a keep alive task or when task sequence matters)\, please plan accordingly.
