DESCRIPTION:Impacted product(s): \nEtrieve Content\, Central\, Etrieve Forms\, Etrieve Flow \nImpacted version(s): \n2020.6.5 \n  \nUrgent Planned Outage: \nWednesday\, January 14th at 4am EST \n  \nDescription: \nWe have recently had reports of issues related to a specific service.  When converting forms from an HTML to a PDF\, we use a PDF generation service that is Cloud-based.  This service processes forms during Download/Print functions from Inbox or Activity in Etrieve Central\, as well as processes a form at the end step of a workflow.  In order to improve logging for this service\, so that we can better diagnose the problem and implement a solution\, we will be releasing an emergency patch to all of our Cloud customers using Central and Forms on Etrieve version 2020.6.5.  This patch will take roughly 30 minutes to complete and we will begin the process on Wednesday\, January 14th at 4am EST to minimize system down periods.  We apologize for the off-cycle patch\, but we feel this is critical to improving our customer’s experience using Etrieve.  If you have additional questions or concerns\, please contact Customer Support for further assistance. \n  \nJames Cobb | Team Lead\, Cloud Operations\nSoftdocs \np   888.457.8879 x140\nf    803.727.1070\nm  803.317.5347\nJCobb@softdocs.com\nwww.softdocs.com
