Candidacy

Submit your candidacy form to graduate studies once you have completed 15 credits, but before you've finished half of your required credits. This becomes your official contract with the University. You can find all forms on the Forms page.

Graduation Fee

Go to InsideEWU and click on EagleNet. Go to your Student Record tab and find Apply to Graduate. A separate application and fee are required for each degree and certificate.

Intent To Graduate

This request begins your final evaluation for graduation. Deadlines are February 1 for Spring and Summer, June 1 for Fall, and November 1 for Winter.

Commencement

Congratulations! For dates of the ceremony, information on ordering caps and gowns, and diplomas visit the helpful site below.

If your program completion is delayed until the next term, you must wait to take your final comprehensive examination until your final term.

If you have passed your final comprehensive examination, but still have not satisfied outstanding degree requirements two weeks after the end of the term, you will be moved to the next term for graduation. Any students with outstanding degree requirements not completed by the end of the term, after the term in which they passed the comprehensive exam, will be assessed a late completion fee equivalent to tuition for half of a resident graduate credit.
