Fuhrman, Jensen, and Wong will each give a reading of their own work and discuss how their backgrounds and identities influence and inform their writing. The work of these writers is all celebrated in Nonwhite and Woman: 131 Micro Essays on Being in the World, an anthology which \u201c. . . celebrates how women of color live and thrive in the world, and how they make their lives their own.\u201d The anthology (along with all authors’ books) will be available for purchase at the event via Auntie’s Bookstore.
